PURPLE STORM geht im Kern auf die California Jam 74 Tribute Initiative vom Frühjahr 2021 zurück.
Weltweit hatten Virus und Lauterbach dazu geführt, dass Bands auseinander gingen – für viele Musiker und Fans eine harte Zäsur – und Startschuß für einen Neubeginn und die Chance, einen alten Traum wahrzumachen.
PURPLE STORM is based on the California Jam 74 Tribute Initiative from spring 2021.
The virus and Lauterbach had led to bands breaking up around the world – a tough break for many musicians and fans – and the starting signal for a new beginning and the chance to make an old dream come true.
Im Herbst 2021 trafen sich fünf Musiker, die zuvor in anderen Rock-Formationen auch Stücke von Deep Purple und Rainbow gespielt hatten zu einem Deep Purple/Rainbow Projekt.
So konnten schon ab 2022 in renommierten Venues kultige Auftritte absolviert werden.
In the fall of 2021, five musicians who had previously played Deep Purple and Rainbow songs in other rock formations came together to form a Deep Purple/Rainbow project.
This enabled them to play iconic gigs in renowned venues from as early as 2022.
Unterstützt vom Bangagong Band-Management zelebriert PURPLE STORM die Musik von Deep Purple auch in 2025.
Im Auftrag führender Veranstalter und zusammen mit euch als Publikum rocken wir in angesagten Clubs, auf Festivals und Stadtfesten die Bühnen!
PURPLE STORM – das sind fünf Musiker, die sich dank ihrer jahrelangen Spielpraxis live und im Studio durch herausragendes spielerisches Können sowie eine gehobene Instrumenten- und Technikausstattung auszeichnen.
Hier ist die Tribute-Band, ganz nah am Original – dabei kommt es auf jedes einzelne Bandmitglied an, wenn es um Action, Sound und Show geht.
